Mgr. Tamás Dobosi
Artificial Intelligence/Virtual Reality/Extended Reality
Expert in AI, VR, and XR who helps educators, youth workers, and communities use emerging technologies in a meaningful and responsible way. In the team, he designs both introductory and advanced trainings on the use of artificial intelligence in education, youth work, and community projects—showing participants how to integrate AI tools into their everyday practice, from lesson planning to creative workshops.
He creates and tests XR/VR scenarios for experiential learning, ranging from simulations of workplace situations to virtual field trips and cultural experiences. Through these immersive environments, he supports hands-on learning, reflection, and the development of real-world skills in a safe and engaging setting.
An important part of his work is facilitating discussions on AI ethics, including transparency, bias, and privacy. He actively encourages critical thinking when using generative tools, so that participants do not just adopt AI technologies, but also understand their limits and risks. At the same time, he builds and nurtures a community of practice that shares methodologies, resource repositories, and open materials for AI/XR/VR education, helping innovative approaches spread across schools, organisations, and communities.
