| Strategic and Development Areas | Environmental sustainability and climate action | Ing. Andrea Bojnáková, Ing. Ildikó Horváthová | We connect STE(A)M pedagogy with project-based learning so that students tackle real environmental challenges—from measuring a school’s carbon footprint and air quality to managing energy and water and supporting biodiversity. Our team designs interdisciplinary curricula with clear goals, outcomes, and rubrics; runs experiments and data collection; guides students in visualising data and prototyping “green” solutions; and continuously supports teachers through micro-teaching, mentoring, and methodical training. We publish all materials as Open Educational Resources (OER) with a strong focus on accessibility (UDL/WCAG) and easy integration into LMS, enabling schools and communities to use, adapt, and localise them right away. | We run projects to cut a school’s carbon footprint, monitor air quality and biodiversity, and teach sustainable habits. The outcomes include ready-to-use OER modules and lesson plans across subjects and grade levels, data projects such as a school “climate dashboard” and biodiversity maps, plus action plans and student campaigns to reduce consumption and waste. Our goal is to build green skills, critical thinking, and responsible behaviour—while enabling schools to plan for and measure environmental progress over time. | Eco projects, green campaigns, and smart home technologies |
| Strategic and Development Areas | Digital Transformation | Adam Mészáros, Mgr. Tamás Dobosi | We create Open Educational Resources (OER) aligned with the curriculum and the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). We bring Virtual Reality (VR) and interactive tools such as H5P (HTML5 Package) and SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) into teaching, integrated with Learning Management Systems (LMS). We support teachers through International Staff Training (IST), cascade trainings, and mentoring. We ensure compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at Level AA, as well as robust data protection and security. | We create Open Educational Resources (OER) aligned with the curriculum and the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). We bring Virtual Reality (VR) and interactive H5P/SCORM tools into teaching, integrated with Learning Management Systems (LMS). We train teachers through International Staff Training (IST), cascade trainings, and mentoring. We ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, data protection, and security. We build digital competences in line with DigComp, strengthen cybersecurity and online safety, deploy LMS, and develop OER creation and data literacy. We design and implement VR/AR scenarios for the classroom, train teachers in XR pedagogy, and produce audiovisual packs and 360° content. | Training and capacity-building activities |
| Core areas | Languages, Culture, and Cross-Cultural Dialogue | Mgr. Katarína Kučerová, Mgr. Gabriela Egressyová | We build systematic language and intercultural learning directly into subjects and project modules. We use CLIL, project-based learning, discussions and debating, media and critical literacy, work with literature and cultural artefacts, translanguaging, and peer collaboration. We emphasise functional communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing), intercultural situations, respect for diversity, and the inclusion of learners with special educational needs (SEN). | We publish methodologies, worksheets, rubrics, and multimedia as OER (Open Educational Resources) accessible to everyone. At the same time, we build media and critical literacy. | Conversation and short-term learning mobilities for learners and youth |
| Core area | Sports and Games | Mgr. Jana Gelleová, Mgr. Tímea Peťkovská | Sport in education, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles; STE(A)M & sports pedagogy, and mentoring programs for children and youth. We teach through movement, fair play, and teamwork—for better learning, healthier lives, and social inclusion. | We use a variety of sports and games to develop teamwork, strategy, and critical thinking, linking them to physics, biomechanics, and data analytics. | Sports camps, competitive tournaments, and learning-focused sport activities. |
| Core areas | STE(A)M a innovation | Ing. Andrea Bojnáková, Mgr. Tímea Peťkovská | STE(A)M pedagogy, project-based learning, and OER/curriculum (Open Educational Resources); STE(A)M & sports pedagogy, and youth mentoring programs. We connect science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through creativity and problem-solving. | We connect science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through hands-on projects and assignments; we develop methodologies, worksheets, and OER (Open Educational Resources). | STEAM and AI |
| Core Areas | Inclusion & Special Needs | Mgr. Tunde Eliáš | We design barrier-free, inclusive learning experiences that ensure equal access for every learner — grounded in inclusive pedagogy, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), child safeguarding, and gender equality. | Our team delivers a wide range of inclusive activities with students with special educational needs (SEN)—from adapting lessons with assistive technologies and running creative arts workshops to organizing adapted sports sessions. We also support peer-mentoring programs, digital accessibility training, and intercultural clubs, ensuring barrier-free participation in both school and community events. | STEAM, AI, Smart home |
