An expert in inclusion and equal opportunities has long been dedicated to supporting children and young people with special needs, as well as building strong connections between schools, families, and communities. She organizes inclusive workshops and trainings for teachers, teaching and social assistants, and parents, focused on practical strategies for working with the diverse needs of participants and creating a safe and respectful environment.
She develops and leads support groups and mentoring programmes for young people with special needs, with an emphasis on strengthening their social, communication, and life skills, as well as their self-confidence and independence. She is actively involved in campaigns promoting equal opportunities, combating discrimination, and reducing stigma, often in close cooperation with schools, local authorities, and community organisations. Her work combines professional expertise with empathy and practical tools that help turn the idea of inclusion into everyday practice.
