She is an expert in intercultural learning, inclusive communication, and community-building. In the team, she leads conversation clubs, tandem learning, and language cafés that connect local and international participants, helping them build confidence in foreign languages while fostering mutual respect and curiosity about each other’s cultures.
She organizes intercultural evenings, youth exchanges, and study visits that deepen intercultural sensitivity and understanding, creating safe spaces where participants can share their stories, challenge stereotypes, and learn from diversity. She also develops educational resources to counter hate speech, disinformation, and prejudice, with a strong emphasis on inclusive, non-violent communication.
Within our volunteering programmes and community projects, she supports initiatives that bring minority and majority communities together, strengthening dialogue, solidarity, and social cohesion. Her work combines practical experience with strong values of empathy, equality, and active citizenship.
